Bathroom Makeover Day 1

First, please read the rules HERE
Now, lets get this party started!!

Our 11th wedding anniversary was impetus to finally complete a bathroom that had been in process being remodeled for almost a year.

My husband is quite the gifted handyman, but finding time to put his skills to work is always more of a challenge than the job itself.  You would have to see the original bathroom to fully appreciate the transformation.  Picture this....80's green tile.  Navy blue textured wallpaper peeling off the walls from water damage.  Plumbing problems.  Dark wood cabinets.  Rust stained tub.  It was a piece of work!!  But this guy pulled off quite a metamorphosis!

We are thrilled to launch our Bathroom Makeover with a feature on a lovely contributor today.
JK Vinyl Designs supplied us with beautiful vinyl wall decals to dress up our space!
The mirror before...

...and after...

A coat of fresh white gloss paint on an old wood mirror frame and add a monogram and voila!
Is there ANYTHING that doesnt look simply fabulous when you accent it with a beautiful swirl script monogram?  I think not!
I just love how this turned out.  Simple statement.  Lovely addition!

I then purchased a gallery wrap from our wedding portraits and loved this verse from Song of Solomon that went so beautifully with the image.  JK Vinyl Designs took my specifications for wording, font choice and size and put together a proof for me to approve before sending the finished product.  So easy and it turned out exactly how I envisioned it!

This hangs over the lovely antique claw-foot porcelain tub that we found as a steal of Craigslist.

JK Vinyl Designs has literally hundreds of images, monograms, quotes, designs and sayings to embellish your walls, mirrors and furniture.  Add inspiration to your laundry room.  Sentiment to your bedroom.  Welcome to your foyer.  You can even request a custom design like I did here to personalize your home with something truly you!!

So, here's your first entry to win a Makeover of your own.
Follow directions below.
A new feature will be posted every day.
All entries will be tallied at the close of the drawing, so you will want to enter every day!

To enter YOU MUST:
1) Become a Facebook fan of JK Vinyl Designs and leave some love on their wall telling them FFF sent you.

"With God, all things are possible" - Matthew 19:26

For some reason this simple bible verse has been heavy on my heart lately. Since a bathroom visit usually starts my day what better way to be reminded that all things are possible with God...than to read the writing on the wall :-)

I like so many of them, but probably would get the one that says, "For Beautiful Eyes, look for the good in people, for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness, and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone."
